We are a Dallas based firm, with deep roots locally. Arvin Combs, our founder and managing partner, is a 4th generation Texan and native Dallasite. A CPA by background, his 35 year career spans Big 4 public accounting, as well as industry accounting. For the past 25 years Arvin has been in the recruiting, search and placement of accounting professionals. He has done the work. He has identified, recruited and managed top accounting talent. His entire career has focused on getting the right person, in the right role, doing the right thing, at the right time.
